Shipping & Payment
SHIPPING POLICY
We try and ship all orders of in stock items within one to two business days of receipt of payment. We will notify you if we are not able to ship any in stock item within five business days. We do not usually process orders over the weekend or holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will most likely go out Monday or Tuesday.
Note: For semi-custom and non-stock items please consult product page for ship time details if applicable.
Note: Orders placed with a purchase order will not ship until the completed PO is received by BaneBots.
If we are unable to ship a complete order for any reason, we will contact you.
SHIPING TO THE UNITED STATES
BaneBots offers online shipping options to the United States of America using the United States Postal Service.
All shipping charges are the actual shipping charges as calculated by USPS for shipment from our Colorado facility with the addition of a $1.50 packaging and handling fee.
All shipping and handling options and their associated costs will be listed during the checkout process, but prior to entering any payment information. This is the best way to find shipping costs for your items to your location. If you still have any questions on shipping charges, please Contact Us BEFORE placing the order. Once your order is placed, shipping options can not be changed.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
BaneBots offers World Wide shipping for our products. Please note that we are not able to ship all of our products to every country due to export/import restrictions.
All shipping charges are the actual shipping charges as calculated by USPS for shipment from our Colorado facility. An additional $4.00 handling fee is added to all international orders.
