This is a replacement pinion for our 36mm Series Gearmotors with an RS540or an RS545 motor, a first stage of 5:1 and an RS-550 mounting pattern (3.2mm shaft).
It is used for the RS-540 5:1, 25:1, and 125:1 gearboxes.
It is also used for the RS-545 5:1, and 25:1 gearboxes.
Using the appropriate pinion, any motor with an RS-550 mounting pattern and3.2mm shaft can be used with the 36mm gearboxes.
Please note that there are two different styles of 36mm gearboxes. This pinion will only work with the gearboxes that come standard with the RS-540 or RS-545 motor.
