This is a replacement pinion for our 28mm Series Gearmotors with a first stage of 4:1. It is used for the16:1, 20:1, 64:1, 100:1, and 256:1 gearboxes.
Using the appropriate pinion, any motor with a Speed 400 mounting pattern and a 2.3mmshaft can be used with the 28mm gearboxes.
Note: As a general rule, if the overall reduction is divisible by 4, than the first stage is 4:1, otherwise the first stage is 5:1
