These hubs are designed to provide a simple, light weight, low profile mounting solution for our wheels with a 1/2" Hex Mount. They are CNC machined Aluminum and feature a durable black oxide finish. The hubs are supplied with mounting hardware as pictured.
These hubs can be used to mount two Series 400 wheels or one Series 800 wheel. Mounting two wheels give the ability to increase tread width as well as to mix different durometers or even different diameter wheels.
To mount a wheel with these hubs is a simple three step process:
 | Step 1: | | Slide the hub onto the shaft and lock it in place with the supplied set screws.
NOTE: You will need 1/16" hex wrench to tighten the set screw. |  | Step 2: | | Slide the wheel(s) onto the hub.
NOTE: Picture shows 2 Series 400 wheels, only one Series 800 wheel may be mounted to this hub. |  | Step 3: | | Place the supplied snap ring in the groove to hold the wheel(s) in place.
NOTE: You will need a pair of external snap ring pliers for this step. |
NOTE: These hubs feature two set screws - use of the second set screw is optional. It may be used for extra holding force on a single shaft or to couple two independent shafts within the hub.
