These hubs are designed to provide a simple, light weight, low profile mounting solution for our wheels with a 3/4" Hex Mount. They are CNC machined Aluminum and feature a durable black oxide finish. A standard 1/8" keyway is provided for mounting the wheels in strenuous applications. The hubs are supplied with mounting hardware as pictured (1/8" machine key NOT included).
To mount a wheel with these hubs is a simple three step process:
 | Step 1: | | Slide the hub onto the shaft and lock it in place with the supplied set screw.
NOTE: You will need 3/32" hex wrench to tighten the set screw.
NOTE: If using a keyed shaft and machine key, place the machine key in the shaft prior to sliding the hub on. |  | Step 2: | | Slide the wheel onto the hub. |  | Step 3: | | Place the supplied snap ring in the groove to hold the wheel in place.
NOTE: You will need a pair of external snap ring pliers for this step. |
NOTE: We do not recommend using the set screw on these hubs for shafts larger than 3/8". Hubs for shafts larger than 3/8" may not provide sufficient material or threads to hold the set screw. Please consider using a hub with an integrated shaft collar (listed in this category) for applications requiring a set screw and shafts larger than 3/8".
